This just a sample contact center page based on NetMeeting and ICQ. Check pages in tips and stuff, specifically the information on hyperlinks, ICQ and CNF file format for information on how this was done.

I have also been playing with V3 SDK and have created a sample contact page using its facilities ( IE4.01 Win only).
