Presented here is a selection of soho router/firewall/gateways -- I have used both the Microsoft Wireless product and the Linksys BEFSR41 -- both have UPnP NAT traversal capability for Messenger audio/video function. In addition the Linksys has a built in H.323 proxy for NetMeeting audio/video (assuming current firmware). Both have a DMZ feature. Others I have not used so I cannot testify to their quality, or usability in a NetMeeting or Messenger environment
